The Sovereign Flame Mentorship Agreement

This agreement is made between Caryn O’Malley (“Mentor”) and the undersigned client (“Participant”) upon enrollment in The Sovereign Flame program, including The Ember Path, The Flamekeeper Journey, or The Dragon Code Immersion (hereafter referred to as “The Program”).

By completing this purchase and entering the container, you agree to the following:

1. Energetic Commitment

You understand that this is not a passive program. This is a mentorship container that requires your full energetic participation, presence, and willingness to be guided into personal transformation.

You are responsible for your own process. This work is deep, archetypal, and occasionally disruptive—and that’s the point.

2. Session Attendance

You agree to attend all scheduled private sessions or to notify at least 24 hours in advance if rescheduling is needed. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

Telegram/message support (if included in your tier) will be available during regular business hours unless otherwise specified.

3. Confidentiality & Respect

All personal information shared during sessions is held in strict confidence.

Likewise, you agree to respect the integrity of this work and not replicate, share, or distribute proprietary practices, language, or material without permission.

4. Payment Terms

You agree to the payment structure selected at the time of enrollment, whether paid in full or via installment. All payments are non-refundable. This honors the energetic integrity of the exchange and the sacredness of the space you are entering.

5. Sovereign Responsibility

You understand that this container does not substitute licensed therapy, medical care, or legal advice. You are entering this experience as a sovereign being, taking full responsibility for your growth, decisions, and embodiment.

6. Termination

Caryn O’Malley reserves the right to terminate this agreement at her discretion in the event of a breach of agreement, violation of boundaries, or disruption to the integrity of the container. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Any remaining sessions will be considered forfeited, and access to support will be revoked immediately.

This container is built on mutual respect, energetic alignment, and sovereign responsibility.

By proceeding, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.

This is not a contract of constraint. It is an initiation agreement.
